By engaging Qamar Al Kaamil for electroplating, PVD vacuum coating, chemical etching, polishing, or custom metal fabrication, clients agree to the following terms and specifications:

• Quotations and Scope: Project estimates are based on provided dimensions, base metal conditions, and batch quantities. Final pricing may adjust if raw metal surfaces require extra surface stripping or repair.
• Quality Standards: All plating and refurbishing procedures adhere to strict industrial tolerances. Coating thickness and gloss level follow written project agreements.
• Batch Turnaround: Production timelines for individual prototypes or bulk orders in tons are communicated upon receipt of raw materials at our Sharjah facility.
• Client Supplied Parts: Customers must notify our team regarding any prior anodizing or synthetic paints applied to supplied metal hardware before processing begins.
